Ingredients:

Chana Dal, Toor Dal, Moong Dal, Urad Dal, Red Chilli, Hing, Curry Leaves, Little Millet and SF-10 Rice.

How to Prepare:
  1. Make the batter: Mix 1 cup of Adai Dosa Mix with 1 cup of water. Add salt to taste and mix well. Allow the batter to rest for 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the pan: Lightly grease a tawa with oil or ghee and heat over medium flame. For a thinner Adai Dosa, adjust the batter consistency as desired.
  3. Cook the dosa: Pour the batter onto the hot tawa and spread it gently in a circular motion to form an Adai Dosa.
